The single player is good, but if your getting this game for the single player than you are missing out. This game's multiplayer is amazing! It is the only reason you should be getting this game. I would have to rank this game's multiplayer abilities up their with the best MMO's. If you have a fast internet connection and a decent computer than you won't be disappointed with this game. Just be warned that a good internet connection is essential, dial up will only cause you and other online players many headaches. DSL is a must for this game. So i kinda got the beat to play it again. I have enjoyed every minute of it. Lets get to the pros and cons. Pros: Love the time age. A lot more gun shooting and stuff. Which by the way depends what culture your playin with. The Campaign is a good way to get toknow the game and also challenge yourself. I was a bummer and used cheats. lol I played LAN at my friends place where everybody kind of plugs their computers together. I also played LAN where everybody is sitting at home. Which works if you have the hamachi program. To find out how that works just google it or what ever.(Dont have iTunes running at the same time cause then you wont be able to connect over hamachi.) I loved playing the campaign; I think playing as the Indians were the best. To top off the whole collection, you have multiplayer internet. On an average day at the high time, there is around 2000 people on, and at the low time about 700 people. No matter what time you go on you will always find a game to play. I love playing the online costom made maps such as Colloseum or Mutation. After beating campaign and when you are getting bored of playing computers, playing online is the best, it is like the cherry on top. I highly recommend buying this game. |
